Shipping
Within the US we have found that USPS Priority with tracking provides reliable service and offers the best rates for the sizes of packages that we usually send. International carriers vary depending on the size of the package, destination and price.
If an item is listed as "in stock" then it will ship within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. However, if your order includes a custom sized item that needs to be built then your order will be shipped once the custom sized item is completed, unless otherwise specified. (This usually takes 2-3 weeks.)

WARRANTY
We have alway offered a lifetime warranty and believe that you should be the one who determines what that lifespan is. If you have an issue please click HERE to CONTACT US and we will make it right.
That being said, a warranty is worth nothing when you're in the field so while we are human we try to be as stringent as possible in our manufacturing and QC processes.
